November: Transformative Yoga with Lissa Lance

About this event

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. It is a great option for those who have limited mobility, injuries, or find it difficult to get up and down from the floor. In this program, participants will learn different yoga poses and breathing techniques that can help improve flexibility, balance, and strength.

Lissa is a certified yoga instructor and has been teaching yoga since 2021, and has over 500 hours of experience. Join Lissa and ACHS at the Freer Children’s Home on Mondays at 11:00. Registration is required as space is limited. Please register for each day that you will be attending below, and please fill out the form for each guest who will be joining your group:
