About this event

Hosted at the Braintree-Klopfenstein Building in Mansfield, this free event is the second of a three-part series by Braintree Business Development Center.

Artificial Intelligence is changing the way businesses create, innovate, communicate, and compete. It’s also creating a lot of legal questions. This session will explore the intersection of AI, patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and innovation strategy. The session presenter is intellectual property attorney Jake Ward, a Braintree Board Member. He will focus on practical guidance that organizations can use today.

Topics will include:

• AI and copyright ownership

• Patent considerations for AI-assisted inventions

• Legal and business risks associated with AI

• Best practices for startups

• Developing responsible AI policies

The session will end with a free lunch and drinks, and a Q&A session with the presenter.
