- ➤ Richland County Children Services and Mansfield United Lions Club are collecting Valentine cards for foster youth until Jan. 23. The project welcomes handmade or store-bought cards for children ages 0 to 6, 7 to 12 and 13 to 18 (drop-offs accepted at 731 Scholl Road or by mail). Mansfield News Journal
- ➤ Oxbow Woods has been seeded for trails and spring blooms (flowers and grasses) that will open to the public later this season. Mansfield News Journal
REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ The West Park Shopping Center on Miracle Mile, once a vibrant retail spot, will begin demolition in mid 2026 to pave the way for a public park + community pool. Mayor Jodie Perry said local buyers acquired the property to breathe new life into the area. News 5 Cleveland
