New data from Realtor.com shows that in November, Richland County home prices fell to $182,900 from October’s $192,500, a 5% drop that contrasts with last November’s 3.5% higher median of $176,750 - single-family homes dipped 1% while condos and townhomes slid 22.5% from October.
