- ➤ The Richland Area Chamber and Economic Development will host its 18th Annual Business Expo at the Richland County Fairgrounds on March 20, 2025, with a ribbon-cutting by local officials starting at 9:45 AM and the event running until 4:00 PM. The expo offers a pet-themed atmosphere with over 100 local businesses, live demonstrations including a K9 unit display at 1:00 PM and a BearCat exhibit, plus a donation drive for local shelters. - ➤ Today, the Richland County Park District hosts the return of the What’s Up Duck bird walk at Gorman Nature Center at 9:00 AM, where participants will head to the reservoir parking lot on Lexington Ontario Road to search for Mallards, Wood Ducks, Canvasbacks, and Red-breasted Mergansers. The event lasts 1.5 to 2 hours — restrooms are available at Picnic Area #2 — and gives bird watchers a chance to see both local and migratory ducks before spring migration begins. 1812Blockhouse

- ➤ Kokosing Construction is leading the Main Street Improvement Project in Mansfield to upgrade Main Street (First to Sixth) and Park Avenue (Main to Diamond). Mansfield News Journal
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ More than 75,000 bottles of International Delight coffee creamer are being recalled because of spoilage concerns, and consumers are urged to check their fridges and discard or return the product. The voluntary recall began on February 21st and was classified as Class II by the FDA on March 12th — meaning use may cause temporary, medically reversible health effects. Mansfield News Journal
- ➤ University Hospitals Urgent Care gives same-day walk-in treatment for minor illnesses and injuries at both Ashland and Mansfield. The Ashland location (663 E. Main St., open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) and the Mansfield location (1033 Ashland Road, open at similar hours) treat both adults and children.
