- ➤ The Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District awarded $1,305,707 in new grants to support 11 projects for flood control and water quality as part of its 15-year-old Partners in Watershed Management program—West Creek Conservancy in Richland County received $35,500 to restore a 62-acre wetland along the Clear Fork Mohican River to help control flooding and protect local water quality. 1812Blockhouse
