- ➤ The Rigby House at 240 Park Avenue West was built about 1897 for the Rigby family—known for their cigar business—and shows a mix of Queen Anne and Classical Revival design, including a curved front porch with paired columns and an original slate roof. - ➤ Seniors at the Lexington Senior Civic Center took a self-defense class on Wednesday afternoon organized by Trustwell Living Mansfield Place to learn safety tips—teachers Renata and Gary Music showed how to protect against attacks and advised on purse and environment safety.
