EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ At a school board meeting Tuesday, Mansfield City Schools approved a one-year contract for teachers until June 30 and cut 11 administrative positions. Some staff will be suspended Monday while two chose to retire effective April 1 and one will retire on July 1 (according to officials). Mansfield News Journal
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Richland Soil and Water Conservation District is hosting its Annual Pond Fish Sale, where pond owners can order a selection of fish such as Bluegill, Yellow Perch, and Channel Catfish until April 17 — orders are accepted from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Fish pickup will occur on April 25 from 10:00 to 11:30 at the Horse Barn on the Richland County Fairgrounds. 1812Blockhouse
