- ➤ The Shelby Foundation's Women's Fund awarded its largest-ever grant cycle by giving $13,450 to four local groups that help women and children in Richland County. - ➤ Mansfield man Bryce Witchey, 29, was ruled competent to stand trial after a second evaluation confirmed he understood the charges against him—he faces 30 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material and one count of attempted importuning, and his trial set for April 24 has been delayed for further review.
