- ➤ Ohio State at Mansfield is recognized as an 'Opportunity College' by Carnegie Classification for providing high access and helping graduates earn significantly more; the campus also will offer tuition-free education in the fall for qualifying students from diverse backgrounds. ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ A recent study by Stantec Consulting Services shows Clear Fork Reservoir will supply 4.5 million gallons daily to Mansfield's water system for at least 50 years, while a well network provides the remaining 60% of drinking water. WMAN

- ➤ Richland County Transit is launching RCT Flex, a 1-year pilot offering extra routes for early-morning, late-evening, and overnight riders. It begins May 4 and runs Monday to Friday from 4:30 to 7 a.m. and from 6:15 to 11:15 p.m. (an open house is set for April 14). News 5 Cleveland
