- ➤ 7-Eleven’s parent company announced plans to close 645 North American stores during its 2026 fiscal year (citing softer spending and inflation) while planning to open 205 new locations; it is not yet known which of the 517 Ohio outlets will shut down. Mansfield News Journal
- ➤ A proposed data center in Franklin Township (northern Richland County) will include its own power plant and a greenhouse to grow food, offering new operational features for the area. Mansfield News Journal
