- ➤ Mansfield Parks and Rec and the Richland County Park District condemned vandalism at Liberty Park and Fleming Falls Preserve after a 22-year-old drove onto basketball courts on April 22 and four teenagers damaged an education center the next evening, causing $2,000 in damage and leaving residents concerned about safety.
