- ➤ Ohio will offer a three-day tax-free holiday from midnight on Friday, Aug. 7 to 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 9 for back-to-school purchases, including clothing under $75 and school supplies under $20 (restaurants are excluded) so shoppers can plan accordingly. Mansfield News Journal
