- ➤ Rivian filed a lawsuit against Ohio and the Registrar of Motor Vehicles saying the state law stops it from selling cars directly and forces buyers to purchase out of state and pay extra fees — a rule that benefits local dealers. - ➤ Spirit Halloween will open more than 50 stores in Ohio in August, taking over former Big Lots, JoAnn Fabrics and other bankrupt retailers' locations to offer seasonal merchandise.
