- ➤ Two tornadoes touched down in northern Ohio Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning—one near Middlefield in Geauga County that damaged buildings and injured three livestock, and one in New London in Huron County that damaged a recreation area, snapped fences and uprooted trees, with no human injuries reported.
