- ➤ Mansfield Youth Theatre will present Roald Dahl’s 'Matilda Jr., the Musical' at the Renaissance Theatre from Sept. 12 to Sept. 14 with shows on Sept. 12 and Sept. 13 at 7 p.m. and a Sept. 14 matinee at 2:30 p.m.—tickets cost $15 while a free sensory-friendly performance is on Sept. 13 at 1 p.m., featuring over 50 young performers from the region. - ➤ Mansfield City Council approved a Military Construction Cooperative Agreement on Tuesday to build an electrical substation and distribution system for the 179th Airlift Wing’s new cybersecurity mission — the project is expected to meet the base’s power needs and be finished by 2027.
