GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The National Alliance on Mental Illness of Richland County and the Richland County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board will graduate the 35th CIT class at noon on October 10 at Mansfield Playhouse — 95 E. Third St. The 40-hour program, developed in the 1980s, trains law enforcement and first responders to safely handle mental health crises. Mansfield News Journal
