- ➤ Today, Mansfield’s finance director Kelly Converse said a scam email from a fake vendor led a new accounts payable specialist to pay a $748,000 invoice, though the bank recovered $536,000 and insurance will cover the rest—she said stricter email checks will help prevent future scams.
