- ➤ The Women’s Fund of the Richland County Foundation will announce its 2025 grant recipients and present the JoAnn Dutton Volunteer Service Award at a luncheon on Nov. 7 at Westbrook Country Club—an event recognizing women who volunteer with local charities. - ➤ Mansfield Playhouse is showing Dracula, A Comedy of Terrors—a spoof play mixing Monty Python and Mel Brooks styles with a cast of five and a funhouse set. The play runs at 8 p.m. on Oct. 17, 18, 24 and 25 and at 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 26 with tickets priced at $15 for general admission, $13 for seniors and $10 for students. Mansfield News Journal

- ➤ The Local Crossings Ryder Cup event is set for Oct. 18 at 1 p.m. at Shelby Crossings Golf Course where two-man teams from Lexington, Madison, Ashland, Ontario and Clear Fork will compete in best-ball and scramble rounds.
