Avita Health System named its new 20,000 square foot cancer facility the Avita Ontario Jody M.
Baker Cancer Center, also called The Jode Cancer Center, to honor Jody after her long battle with cancer. The state-of-the-art center is set to open November and will include a TrueBeam linear accelerator & a PET/CT scanner to help improve local cancer care.
The FDA announced that Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream Inc. is recalling Häagen-Dazs Chocolate Dark Chocolate Mini Bars—labeled with batch code LLA519501 and a Best By date of January 31—which may contain undeclared wheat.
The bars sold at Kroger and Giant Eagle stores in Ohio are advised for return or disposal, though no injuries have been reported.
