HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ A new report by the nonprofit Leapfrog Group (which used 32 safety measures) graded 114 Ohio hospitals and found that eight earned a D grade, including OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. Twenty-six hospitals received an A and no facility earned an F. Mansfield News Journal

- ➤ Richland County recorded numerous real estate transactions between Nov. 10 and Nov. 14 in Mansfield and surrounding areas. The records show sale prices ranging from $12,000 to $799,900 — reflecting diverse residential market activity. Mansfield News Journal
